We live in a culture of correction. If something feels tight, we stretch it.If something feels slow, we push it.If something feels heavy, we try to fix it quickly.
But the body rarely responds well to force.
Listening requires patience.It asks us to pause before intervening.
When we slow down enough to observe what the body is communicating, we often discover that what we thought was “wrong” is simply a signal.
Fatigue can be a boundary. Tension can be protection.Stillness can be necessary.
Mindfulness is not an abstract concept.It is practical.
It begins with noticing breath.With feeling the ground under your feet.With recognizing when enough is enough.
From that place, change happens naturally — not through control, but through awareness.
